Girlfriend upgrade?

Just wondering if any of the single guys (or girls too) have taken the keys to their new car and have noticed that their love life has suddenly stepped up a gear?

Or am I resigned to the same type of performance that I usually get? :love:

I had a random woman knock on my door as she was worried my "beautiful" car (parked in the driveway) might get damaged in an upcoming storm. I think she was half hoping for a test ride

I bought the car for the V8... not the "other rides" that I could get, or give, with it.

But when I lived in Santa Cruz and drove a 911, it definitely helped. Somehow, I dont think that the S550 is a car one would use to attract the attentions of the opposite sex.

I may be wrong.

True lucas but there aren't a million mustangs on the roads in Australia like in the USA so the opposite sex might think that the S550 is an exotic "Porsche" type car. At least for the next year or so anyway

If only I was 20 and single and owned this car in Australia I'm sure it would have increased my chances of getting to first base immensely.

Where as in Silicon Valley. I see 20 of these a day. Today in the parking lot outside the office, I parked next to an EB. Also brand new.

When getting it tinted... there was an IDENTICAL car getting tinted.

Lots of these around here! They get looks for sure... for some reason more than my 911 did, but thats because its a muscle car in an exotic car area.

Throw a rock and you hit a Tesla, porsche, then the rock bounces of 3 BMW's and most days hits a ferrari. Then lands on the hood of an S550.

Many years ago I bought a brand spanking VU SS ute, black.
The new shape had the girls losing their shit.

I bought my 2015 GT, it was the most expensive car I had ever purchased...I figured, Hell, I'm single, I'm not getting married, why not...two weeks later I met the lady who I am now married to...Did the car help? No. She likes it, but doesn't actually care...she drives a Honda, cars don't matter to her a bit. I don't think I would want a lady who was only interested in me for my possessions, because all of this stuff could go away at some point.

I had many other nice cars before this one, and NONE of them ever, ever, EVER increased my luck with ladies...nor would I have wanted that, because those women aren't really worth it.

Alot of the guys at work who were rubbishing the Mustang are now saying I have to buy a baseball bat to keep all the ladies away. I told them what a load of crap and it wont be like that. Why people think this is beyond me. I never bought this car for that reason, I fell in love with this car the first time I seen it and I love it

LOL this is funny. I've never pulled tail because of my car and honestly I wouldn't want a woman who is that shallow.

I've received my fair share of compliments on the Ruby Red color, but I definitely don't see any panties dropping.
