i have not seen issue with any brand of headers, for whatever reason the pypes seem to go on the easiest, same as 11-14, but no issues with any of them if you know what your doing

have quite a few members with the mbrp and no issue
Pypes on my 2013 took me and a friend only 3 hours on a lift. They were very easy and fit perfect.

Will the Pypes mate up to my MBRP cat back cleanly? And who has the best prices on them?

Call Terry at Team Beefcake, I ordered headers today from him. He had the best prices on the MBRP, Pipes & SP headers shipped with connection leads to your cat back.

Reading about these Pypes Headers they have 1 3/4 runners that graduate to 1 7/8 which I find interesting wondering what is benefit?

He told me the Pypes are good for NA builds but if you plan on FI then 1 7/8 were the best choice. The stepped headers keep low end torque up while stepping up to 1 7/8 help maintain the hp in the upper rpm range. But since blowers creating more air flow the 1 7/8 help get the air out better.

I could not find 1 7/8 in Pypes.

Pypes are stepped headers that go from 1 3/4 then (step up) to 1 7/8. So your able to get the best for a NA car by keeping the low end torque with the 1 3/4 then (step up) to 1 7/8 to keep the hp up throughout the rpms.

I was saying IF you plan on putting a blower on the car then just straight 1 7/8 would be the optimum choice for less back pressure. Like Mbrp or SP.

Sorry for the confusion I should of worded it better from my previous post.

I have a Roush blower on car. Looks like the MBRPs will be it. Talked with MBRP tech support and they have no installation issues what so ever. They sell 35-40 sets a week and never heard of any problems. And thanks for Pypes explanation.
