This is what I got yesterday

"It just arrived at the port in Baltimore, MD yesterday, James. Once it’s there, I’m not able to track it any further. You’re welcome to contact your dealer or the Ford Britain Customer Relationship Center at 0845-841-1111 for more info. Have a nice day!

Deysha"

So I hope that is correct.

So in theory in about 2 weeks I should be booked on a boat?

2 weeks, err, by previous estimations, no. However it looks like Ford are stepping their game up and when cars arrive at the port they're getting on a boat within 3-4 weeks rather than 4-6 weeks before. (That's on the actual boat, subtract 1-2weeks for the booking on a boat).

Ah ok cool. As I wrote it I did think 2 weeks was optimistic lol
Very optimistic, I'd just sit and assume you'll be on a boat (assuming you arrived Tuesday) - 24th May, with 2 weeks then to get to Zeebrugge (7th June) and then 2 weeks in Zeebrugge (21st June). So assume pickup for late june?

Again, as I say to everyone when I guesstimate their pickup dates, it requires you to do some pushing on your end when the car gets to Southampton, I'd advise the dealer when it's booked for soton, when it arrives in s'oton, and make them prioritise it, they can get the car up quickly regardless of what they may or may not want, they want your money more ;). PDI is a whole 'nother kettle of fish but in June don't expect new car sales to be high so PDI slots will be freely available so should be able to get your car the weekend following bringing up to the dealer. (Also, my guesstimate, is a guesstimate based on the averages of data I have to hand, disclosed all the non-forum mustang owners data etc):amen:

I got an email from Stacey yesterday my car has been at docks now two weeks . She said that there is usually a 2 week wait but there seems to be a gap for the next vessel . She also said sometimes when this happens the docks may allocate another vessel . Lets hope they do :)

You can check the WWL site (Schedules) for those boats going from Balti to Zeebrugge to see for any gaps. However some ships may have already been allocated to other companies who were shipping automobiles this is something we can never predict or know as I'd assume WWL hold this as 'Private information'.

Ford have used other shipping companies before, in the earlier days when bringing the S550s over, these unfortunately can't be tracked on the boat though!!!! (If you get the boat name, marine trafficker and Findship will work, but you wont have the WWL Track site to use, so it's a bit of guess work!)

Mine changed by one day. It also hasn't updated with interior and springs but have been told by ford service on here that my car is now at the docks. Arrived on Tuesday (apparently)
I still don't know if I should ever listen to what anyone says
It seems my car is heading to the docks atm, good too see a decent update :)

Your build and arrival at Baltimore dates are a day apart from mine and the email I had from Stacey last week was that Id expect my car to be booked onto a boat sometime in the week following the 27th April (yesterday). So ive been checking WWL as from yesterday ;-)

No gaps in the schedule - next ship is 30th April (Tongala) but as Manders says it may be booked with other manufacturers. Schedule also says it takes 10 days to get from Baltimore to Bremerhaven then a further 16 days to get from Bremerhaven to Zeebrugge which can't be right...

One after that is 10th May (fedora) arrives at Zeebrugge on 25th May

Mine arrived at the docks on 12th April but nothing yet...

OMG - just been told after "final checks" there could be a problem with the clutch and they need a Mustang technician to bleed the clutch..

They cannot get one over until at least Tuesday and this is not definite...

Questioning how last minute these checks were done and what about other checks done prior to this not picking it up.

It could be something or nothing apparently.

Gutted does not even come close!

Time to cancel my train ticket then :-(

I'm really sorry to hear that mate :( , it does seem to be quite last minute but at least it's been found now and not on your drive back. Surprised it needs a Mustang technician do it and it's the first case I've heard of anything like this.

I hope it gets resolved quickly.

Thanks mate - really poor from Evans Halshaw, perhaps they forgot and did it last minute but surely you do final checks from a worst case scenario perspective so you have time to sort any issues found before the car is scheduled to be picked up!?

They have had it for over a week!!!!

:-(
