Love you Ford AU, I think not, I never once received an email or anything else after I ordered my Mustang, now I have it I received a Customer Viewpoint Survey which I filled in this morning hoping there would be a place to tell you what I thought of Ford AU customer service but no you only worry about what your dealers are doing not your own poor service.
But wait, this afternoon I received another Customer Viewpoint Survey to fill out which is the same as I filled out and sent earlier, your incompetence in dealing with customer Mustang delivery information is legendary, take a look at Mustang6G forum and I defy you to find anyone with a good word for you. I understand that you have sold 6000 Mustangs which by any means is very impressive but I think that unless you improve your feedback to customers you will have 6000 owners unimpressed with Ford AU.
I am not talking about the long delivery times which we knew when we ordered the cars but your total lack of information of build date, arrival at dock, shipping date, ship etc, thankfully because of the above forum I was able to tell my dealer where the car was throughout the process
All the best

Thank God for this forum - kept me sane for the 2 yrs 1 mth waiting for my car to be built, shipped, arrive and be delivered. No thank you for Ford Au either - no communication since the first 'excitement building' email and then, like you ozengine, the obligatory dealer survey.

Genuinely feel sorry for you , I thought I had it rough. I put my deposit 364 days after you and received my car a month ago. Your car is absolutely stunning enjoy in good health ;)

Suck it up Kerry or build a bridge, you'll get over it, we all do.

Provide your feedback after you receive your vehicle and vent it in the Customer Satisfaction Feedback.

For you information, I don't have to get over anything nor build a bridge, if suppling feed back to Ford AU is upsetting you stiff you sound like some sort of idiot (mean in a nice way admin)
All I am is asking Ford AU to supply its customers who have forked out $1000 for some feed back, a fact that is a common thread on here, if you can read

Spot on. I totally agree with that and I've told Ford AU and Ford US by email. As loyal customers we deserve at least a Thank You email upon purchasing. Terrible customer service.

I agree with you ozengine on the ford Au feedback. They are hopeless. I never in my life thought I would by a ford but the mustang I think will be a modern classic. However after this experience, once the Stang arrives, I don't think I would ever buy a ford again. That's the problem Ford AU have hit. Yippee, they sold 6000 cars that's great but I would say I large majority of those people are having serious doubts about Ford AU and many will not buy from them again. The mustang is supposed to be reestablishing the brand but it might be yet another nail in the coffin. Australians tend to pass on brand loyalty to family members and children so pissing of customers they may have won over from other brands I'm not sure would be singing their praises and be shopping there in the future or certainly not establishing a loyalty to them. I think they are very very lucky that Holden have been too tight lipped about what next post the commodore otherwise many may have stayed away.

No need to get hot under the collar if can't take some valuable advice

Your conduit should be your dealer and not Facebook. If you really want to vent your spleen then call 13 36 73 (Ford Aus). Does your vehicle contract mention anything about Facebook

In fairness to ozengine, the only service I have had from ford was by going on Facebook and messaging them.

My experiance also,
Had a feed back from Ford AU FB thanking me for my comments and that they will be past onto the team, all I wanted, but thought some on this group may be interested. I have always been a Ford man but they need feedback and their survey is only about dealers
All good Yeah Nah
