I loved the blue too but I honestly am in love with the car all over again now being Magnetic with the black wheels.

These wheels are very affordable for the quality man. Bet you could get the whole set for ~$3500 shipped

These are available in offsets down to +15, so not sure what specs you'd need.
They'll be offering the super deep concave SF03s about 1-2 months which might be a good option!

Not as bad as you might think, well under $2000/set, and we have some tire options to make any budget! Let me know if you would be interested
