Hi, wondering if anyone is experiencing the same. Have a 2015 auto GT, Air Raid CAI, no tune, Borla catback. What I have noticed is from a stop there is a delayed acceleration, seems sluggish for a few seconds...than seems fine. Never noticed it till a few months ago after I bought a second GT, a stock 13. The 13 flies from the get go...quite a difference. I wouldn't think the 15's mods would do this. Anyone? Thanks.

I noticed this as well. I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid, but it feels like sometimes my car pulls very strong in all gears and sometimes feels like its weak in pulling in the same gears. It's possible that it might be regular vs sport+ mode, but I think it did it in sport+ mode as well. I will have to do more testing.

Edit: my car is a manual

Get a tune, mine breaks necks, no delay. I suggest Lund as the paddle tune is insane!

Just wondering why the differance in a new slightly modded 15 versus a stock 13. Quite noticeable.

A tune will remedy all of the throttle lag that you are experiencing. Yes, drive by wire is "slower" than mechanical, but when you add more overall airflow there is going to be a larger than stock lag to acceleration.

Well to be fair your 15 doesn't have any mods that make a difference. Some bling under the hood and a set of mufflers. Neither of those add any power.

I get all of that. Drive by wire and all. My question has been why the noticeable sluggishness in the 15 and not the 13, which is quicker on the get go?

Was your 13 an auto or manual? Have you tried sport mode or even track mode with your 15?

It's an auto. And the symptoms are there in sport or track. And was there before and after the Airraid ( not that it makes a difference, just pointing it out for reference).

I notice that in normal mode. I put it in sport and the car feels faster due to the increased throttle response.

Mine is very lethargic when I have climate control (AC mostly) on. More so than any other car I've ever owned. It pisses me off. With it off, everything is as expected.
