In all seriousness I did reach out (Believe me I want them here now too) and they're still working through bugs.

I'm not going to have a kit shipped to anyone fully knowing that it's going to create issues/headaches pulling the existing unit.

I work for a manufacturer, software engineering and testing takes a LOOOONG time, and even then, there are issues to be resolved.

I'll still buy it after I turn into a skeleton, no worries.
