Hey all. I've had a Raxiom unit installed in my '17 GT for all of a day and the screen is already malfunctioning. Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on these?

Surely there's something in the user manual about this? Typically there's something buried in the menus somewhere for a "factory reset" or "reset all settings" or similar.

I actually called American Muscle to inquire and they informed me that the hard reset button is on the back of the unit. As an engineer in automotive, it flabbergasted me a bit to find out that they placed the button on the back so that the end user would have to pull it out all the way to access it (which is really quite the hassle just to hit a button.) if it fixes my issue though, that'll be 30-45 minutes well spent. The unit really is quite an upgrade from factory base when it's working right.

Maybe disconnecting the battery for a few hours or so would reset the unit? I know in my Sync3 stock system, when I had the battery disconnected overnight I lost all my settings. Time/date/all presets/bass/treble settings all gone.
