Raxiom unit issue

The buttons that have the arrows, rewind, fast forward and ok button don't properly function right unless I press them a little harder than normal. 2 of them (rewind and down) get stuck. Has anyone have this issue before? If you have, did you fix it and how? Tech support said it's the 4 screws in the back.

I had the unit and found that the included rubber pad that goes behind the buttons to be subpar. In extreme heat the buttons will not function properly. I suggest you modify your OEM button pad to work with the new unit.

Okay I'll keep the in mind. The tech support said it could be the 4 screws

If you watch the Rosen installation video, he specifically has you skip some of the screws, and cautions against tightening the remaining bezel screws, too tightly. If not done properly, the buttons can stick or not function at all. Good luck.
