Dave and Justin, thanks! That's weird that their app directs to that part number with the wrong threads. I'm glad you told me!A filter with a M22 thread won't work, it will actually slip over the 3/4-16 thread the Ecoboost has.
My Ecoboost has had a FL400S filter since it's first oil change at 1k miles, that was 22k mikes ago.
FWIW, the FL910S filter was first spec by Chrysler back in the early 80s for the 2.2. I started using the FL400S filter back then.
The FL400S filter also allows for an even 6 qts of oil too.
