Whats the average range your dash air fuel ratio bounce between at idle? (Not off an aftermarket gauge, the stock dashboard )

Same. The AFRs aren't going to change much till we're off winter blend.

It should display based on the ethanol blend.

E0 - 14.68
E10 - 14.11
E85 - 9.85

and whatever it calculates in between those. The stock tune has provisions to limit the high and low calculations to say...10 and 14 if you wanted, but I don't know why you would. I have mine set to limit calculations to 9.85 and 14.08 and interpolate in between.

that doesn't sound right. a proper FF tune will reflect the calculated stoich value.

Ya the gauge shows the commanded stoich. 14.0-14.6 is gasoline or e10.
