I know the waiting game has been covered so please dont get mad :D But can someone tell me this.
Again, my car has been built 1 month ago today and is still sitting in the plant yard. Has ANYONE else had there car sit in the plant for that long? I know people have been waiting weeks and weeks but at least their car was actually moving. I really am wondering if the car is ok and it's dulling my feelings for this car. I have ordered several cars before SRT's, SVT's and never had a car sit like that after it was built. :frusty::frusty::frusty:

I know you said you called FP, but did they give you any indication of whats going on?

Do you have the VIN handy, I might be able to search through the Ford system for some sort of answer.

I have called Ford Friday Monday and today and they still tell me nothing has moved. The last four of my VIN is 2854 that's what I give to ford because the first four are all the same if I'm right. if you need more of the vin let me know I appreciate anything you could do I really do.

You don’t want to know
Unfortunately, the answers haven't changed from the ones we've all already given you. FP and your dealer are still the best sources of information.

Well the majority of the question which wasn't answered the first time was has anyone had their car sit at the factory for a month or more. Also most people have seen their window sticker I have never seen mine something seems very fishy

Yes and yes, so you are not alone. Conversely others have heard zero word, only to have their car show up at the dealer.

Mine was built on Oct. 24th. due for delivery week of
Dec. 12-19th, it sat 2 weeks at plant, then 2 weeks at rail yard for shipping.
I could find out nothing with all the calls
until it did not show up on the 19th.
After that the dealer, e-mailed regional rep. ( they have Great relationship)
He can then do an inquiry, which they did, all they new at that point, it was sent back to factory, did not give reason why. I got lucky, friend of a friend of a friends brother
works at the plant, he went and found the car, it was just going through final inspection
( 2nd time) two days later it was on rail car headed here, showed up.
Jan 19th. made me crazy but car is in great shape, only repair was new stripes
on trunk lid ( were installed crooked) dealer had new stripes in 8 days.
Guy came to my house and did the work in my garage.
After all the pain, I am now waiting for spring to drive it anyways.

I realized after the fact following this drove me nuts.
Not much I could do about it anyways. Best of luck.

Have you tried pulling the window sticker before? What is your full vin?

Interesting, most will say the sticker is unavailable. Yours says it is "restricted."

EXACTLY! Thanks for making me feel better, lol

Did you ask "jmbboss" from the other forum how he was able to pull it last time he gave you an update? I'm using Ford's dealer system to search for it, and nothing is coming up. Don't want to discourage you but want to try and help figure out why - sooner than later.

I have asked him for an update but not how he has done it. He tells me the same as what Ford tells me. I have had one factory Mustang pulled by Ford for testing. There was a sticker on the car saying so when it came in. Now I know this is not the case. What the Heck!

When I called Ford on Monday, Mike G did pull up my window sticker though.
