Haha no she didn't make me get rid of it she wanted me to keep it, we were having a kid and couldn't afford it at the time. Kid came firat. Now we can afford one.

2017 Mustang New Colors: Lightning Blue, White Platinum Metallic, Grabber Blue

im fairly certain these are the first images of the new colours straight from ford.

The message along with the photos:
"The first images are out now of the 3 new colours for the MY17 Mustang - Grabber Blue, Lightning Blue and White Platinum Metallic tinted tri coat. If you use the Ford configurator and choose the discontinued colours you will see them appear.
NOTE - These are not available for order yet, but it is strongly suggested these replace the discontinued colours of Competition Orange, Deep Impact Blue and Guard."

first three are the grabber blue
second three are the lightning blue
final three are the white platinum

i have a magnetic on order, tried to change to orange but was too late - perhaps a change to lightning blue is on the cards..

I tried all eu configurators, cant find these colors there...!?

They were sent by my dealer, they did mention the configurators will still show duscontinued colours and that orders with those colours will not be able to put through..

Not a fan of grabber.. The Lightning looks like a blue/green mix which is nothing like the spy pics of other cars in lightning blue

Not impressed. I have never been a Grabber Blue fan (minority of one, I know). Lightning is boring, if it's blue-green like that. White Platinum is nice but pretty conservative. Sure wish they'd done Liquid Blue. That would have me drooling.

Oh god. as much as i loved grabber blue on the S197 it doesn't fit the lines of the S550. Maybe i just need to see it in person.
