lowering springs

Looking to lower my 15 GT and wanted to see what are the best springs to use to get the nicest look and ride. The car will sit on 20 inch rims and tires.

I bought the store brand from CJ Pony Parts, $179 for 4 last week. 1.5" front and 1" rear drop.

Eibach proline springs and sway bar. They advertise 1" but it's more of 1.5/1.75" on mine. Really, really like the look.

I was told using different springs to lower a car instead of springs+shocks negatively effects your stock shocks. They will operate outside of their designed space because of the lower springs, lowering comfort and longevity.

How much of this is actually true or isn't it a very big deal with decent shocks ?

i replaced my 15 LE with Ford racing springs--no significant compromise in ride and completely changed the posture of the car---I would highly reccomend

American Muscle tint kit. I really like look of them. I did the ful kit, tail lights and all.

Eibach Proline and Sportline come in either a kit with sway bars or just springs. The wording of product is just what you get. Springs only or full kit.

was the tint kit for the lights hard to install?

If you are patient and have the time no, very easy. I've done decals before so it wasn't that difficult for me but YouTube has some very good videos and instructions on how to do it. Took me about 4 hours total and that was every light and reflector.
