Received a Ford corporate survey to rate my dealership experience and it is dated 02/08/2016. It provides a website and pin # to complete it and get this, a closure date of 02/03/2016 that the survey must be completed by.

I thought I may be transposing the day and month so tried to login but it says the survey's closed! WTF.

Anyone else experience this. I genuinely would like to provide my feedback and will call corporate to get another opportunity.

I would email your dealer and ask him to forward to your Ford rep.

I am sure they would like to hear your feedback..

I would loved to have gotten this letter, because the finance manager at my dealer tried to screw me. He was even scared when I called him out and asked me to give positive feedback, I laughed and walked out.

Car was purchased middle of December and received the survey yesterday. I'll call the dealership and if they can't help will call Ford.

I have had such mixed feelings about this purchase that I will have a lot to say. Both about Ford's process and the dealer.

Yeah, I've got a lot to get off my chest and have been waiting for the survey. I picked up my car a few weeks ago. It sounds like it's taking about a month to get the survey. Also, does anyone know how to verify that the dealer properly "registered" the purchase with Ford. I want to be sure to get the survey (Lithia Ford of Fresno are scum) and the owner's supplement.

I'm not sure, mine just showed. My guess is if you received your owners supplement (box with crank and artwork) then you have to be registered. They must be aware because the dealer handles the paperwork for the title process.

I rec'd mine last tuesday, then took care of it on line that day. It is a very targeted survey with a lot of specific Q's relating to the 350.

I took delivery 2/1. No car specific survey yet. Got the standard one to talk about the buying experience from the dealer as of now
