One thing to add. Once the cars roll off the line and parked in the lot, they only have maybe a gallon of gas in them so who ever stole them would have had to add gas or load them up on a trailer....

There is one near me but putting that engine on a dyno isn't going to be easy without the entire engine wire harness, ECM, and exhaust. I don't think you'd want to do that nor would Ford do that. It's cheaper for them to just have it replaced.
If you've never done it before I would recommend taking it to a professional detail shop that does decals and such. Ask the dealer to throw it in as part of the deal. Haha
