Finally my R is scheduled

They told me this as well.....So Tri-yellow it is !!!...Im so glad I can stop looking at Black. Black stripes, or Blue with white stripes, or White with black roof and blue stripes..lol....oh well I love the yellow too....

I got a call this morning too from my dealer saying my R will be built in March and arrive mid April. However, I called Ford Racing just to confirm and they said my car is still Unscheduled Material Hold. I'm not sure what to think at this point. You should give FR a call too to confirm. They said I should have gotten a VIN if there really was a build date.

Well it may not be all bad..FYI.. A Schedule date is not the same as a build date....so give it a week and you may be surprised once you get the VIN you can track it more carefully..IMO

Its my understanding that the regional reps let the dealers know when their allocation will be pulled...then it manually goes into the system; which will generate an update (status wise), as well as a VIN.

It's been fun watching this journey for you...now, you just need to change the color again. :lol:

Well at 4:18pm I just got a call from my Dealer and he said my car was scheduled today !!!:clap2: Now can someone tell me what that means? :shrug: I have no VIN # yet

TOO FUNNY.:lol:...as I said no changing now..lol They must be doing a batch of yellows..and my ordered got pulled..not sure how it works...but Im staying with yellow.....I actually feel reveled to not have to worry about it....all the colors are great anyway..it would be hard to go wrong !

Damn, I'm in VA so I can't visit either car! My search continues. This long, painful, frustrating search. Do the hard break in method, do it for me!!!

I got my call today as well. I only speak to the owner so I know my information is straight he has been awesome. Anyway scheduling called to confirm that there were no changes to the car and said I should have VIN in the morning. I'm still not going to get excited until I see the damn VIN.:ford:

I'm about an hour and a half from Dallas down I30 I received confirmation on my car and I'm supposed to have a VIN in the morning.

Brother what this means is that soon you will have the baddest car in NTX. Soon you'll have a VIN then a build date then she'll sit in Mesquite for a bit then you'll be driving to Bob Tomes to get her.
