So I am working with Lund on my final tune and we are both in agreement I need to wastegate my set up to take advantage of higher RPM's without blowing things up. At 7300rpm I am at 15PSI and rising!Goal is to sit at 11.5 to 12 psi to about 7500/7700.

Having the race valve makes things tight and a wastegate on the same pipe is going to really make it tight. I have always used Tial in the past but the sizing of the 44mm worries me.

Any other suggestions of wastegates that are good about not creeping and smaller is stature? I think the only location I can fit it is on the front of the pipe in the corner nearest the top of the bumper.

You're on the 4.75" pulley?

Damn that quite the difference from my setup with the GT350 and catted headers (realizing the GT350 drops boost but wow).

intake mani I hear drops everything by 1 or 2 psi. I could potentially just go with a Boss manifold for a little more than a wastegate, but i don't know if that would get me down to the <12 psi range in the 7500rpm space.

Yeah 1psi makes sense. I would definitely want to come down more than that personally. Wastegate will make the lower end much more fun.

Going with a TiAL MVS 38mm after a lot of searching. Only 3.17" tall, perfect sizing and an inch smaller than the others I found.

I'll have it on in about two weeks and then the tuning process can finally finish!

I don't know much about these wastegate setups, so I was just wondering.. Is the reason the wastegate has to be on the same pipe as the BOV because you can't mount a wastegate after the MAF?

Yes u cannot mount a bov after the maf,all the air the maf just read gets dumped out instead of going into the throttle body.

^ yup this! The challenge with the PC set up is if you use stock routing with the hotside pipe you have to be creative with the placement of the BOV and WG. Coastal has a bad @ss set up where the pipe wraps around the wheel well but it looks like you cannot have an intake with the pipe set up like that so you are left with an open blower intake.

Either way, I ordered a hotside pipe from Travis at Boostworks to relocate the race valve to the front and since the WG is smaller I should be able to fit it on the pipe where the race valve used to be.

WG will be here Tuesday, once the pipe comes in from Travis I will document and post the whole thing for other PC guys.
