Take it to Modurstang and small claim Ford for the cost if they don't pay up.

Though they are great, I am happy to take it to local Jaguar specialist because they are pretty superb with anything cars, every mechanic there can build an engine with their eyes closed, one is an ex lemans pit crew engine builder so they could do it, hell I could do it myself it really is a very simple job.Take it to Modurstang and small claim Ford for the cost if they don't pay up.
I had some minor warranty work done recently (same place as Gibbo)...It really says something when your first trip after having warranty work is to another garage to check for their fuck ups!
So sorry to hear it's still not fixed, I know how you feel cos I am going through the same.Gonna buy new oil cooler, gasket and adapter, so changing the entire lot from USA and get a garage I trust to do work.
Will speak with Ford and dealership tomorrow to see what they are willing to do, already raised hell on Ford and the dealerships FB page. Not being quiet, calm or patient this time.

Out of interest, what does your coolant and expansion tank look like?
Did you have oil in your water and did they flush it?
I am still waiting for mine to be flushed yet again and a second expansion tank fitted though little point fitting a tank until the coolant stays clear.
If the dealer doesn't do it I was considering going elsewhere and using small claims court to claim back the cost.
I am in the same position as you. I have been nice and patient for 4 months. I am giving the dealership (who to be fair, have been quite good) one more chance to put things right after a plea I made to the dealer principal. He is on holiday atm but when he is back, I will be speaking to him about where we go from here.My expansion tank had some faint milking, like whipped coffee, I said I expected it to be flushed. They did this because on the warranty invoice is some special coolant system flush, this is what delayed the car being collected originally as they had no stock as some parts guy shipped the bottle reserved to me elsewhere.
They said they used the entire bottle giving the system a total of 4 flushes and 3 bottles of new coolant was added, this is also on the warranty invoice.
My coolant tank is showing no signs of oil in it again, so at least they did that correctly.
Just being back on the ramp, the oil cooler as the mechanic put it, pissing out and it is a major oil leak, not terminal but it will make a big mess on the underside of the car and will beginning dripping on driveway heavily. He said it is fine to drive it, just keep an eye on oil level and push the engine hard.
In discussions with both Ford and dealership now, but this time no more Mr Nice Guy I am afraid and I will be honest I hate being a screaming / demanding customer but they pushed me to this, I've being patient, calm and gave them good chance to repair my car even though it took 7 weeks. They failed, so I now refuse to leave car with them and when they do the next repair I am insisting I am present and next to the mechanic doing it.

Would it be possible to see a picture of your expansion tank post repair? And can I use it in my fight to get mine fixed properly?
This is what mine looks like after numerous flushes :(
