Drove an Ecoboost yesterday. Now looking forward to my car sooner than later.

As of yesterday, I was scheduled for buildweek = 2014-11-02. I checked this morning, and now I am buildweek = 2014-10-26 with a builddate of 2014-10-27. So, I moved up a week. Yay, if true. Keep checking source code, y'all. It seems to be pretty fluid right now.
The same thing happened to me.

Have you driven a previous gen V6? If so how does the torque compare low down?

The main reason I went with the Ecoboost over the V6 was the lower than expected torque from the V6 low down. Especially with the automatic, it definitely needed to kick down to make significant progress. Even having said that it was a tough decision between the two.

I drive a 3.7 liter in my Mazda 6. It does need a good peddle mash to get it going. I drove the Ecoboost at a car show near Disneyland, the streets were pretty crowded as you can imagine. But I did get to mash the peddle a few times and the it spooled out right away and cleanly. A very nice upgrade indeed. Looking forward to driving this daily. One note though, this was not a PP model and noticeably absent was the "piped" in engine sound. The car felt quite nimble and willing to get up and go. I feel I made the right choice.

My build date just started showing back up when I use my url link. The date stayed the same as it was before it disappeared for a week and a half

I am unable to search by my order number/dealer code...but I have my VIN, has anyone had any issues with this? I read that you can't see the current build week/date if you search by the VIN alone
I used my vin and sometimes it does come up with the build date, and other times it doesn't. But i am in the same boat as a lot of you! my build week was the 27th, and now my build date is the 20th.

Funny, I kept thinking of making a 10/26 thread since last week and this morning there is one. "Very Nice (Borat Accent) " haha :clap2:

Initially ordered an Eco-Boost on July 13..
Changed it to a GT on August 13

My build date is 10/26, it was moved forward to 10/20 as well. If all stays on schedule I am expecting an early November delivery.

My currentbuildweek was 10/26 and I had no currentbuilddate, now it's 10/19 with a currentbuilddate of 10/20. Sweet! Still no Window Sticker.

The Window Sticker will appear when you see a date in the "In Order Processing" window. That's the date they once and for all give you your estimated build date (which will be the Blend Date on your Window Sticker).
