Very strange. I've had a current build date of 10/13 for several weeks... but I checked tonight and now it says 10/18, which is a Saturday. Are they doing weekend shifts now at Flat Rock? Maybe that's why so many people had their dates moved up?

Everybody is initially given a Sunday as their build week, and then a Monday as their build date. Now that your date is closer, they have moved you to a day in the week (a better educated guess, basically).

And yes, we did hear they are working on Saturdays. :)

I don't think the time from "In order Processing" to "Delivered" is going to be as long as some people think. Granted I live in Ohio, but this is the timeline of the car my dealership got this week. I'm hoping for, but not expecting, the same 8 day production to delivery time frame.

Depends where you're located how quickly they'll make the journey. States surrounding Michigan aren't the rule, they're the exception. For me, it'll be on the train to Vancouver, WA, then have to be unloaded and loaded back up on trucks and sent out.

My car is building now, should be done Monday or Tuesday, and is estimated delivery for last week in October.

The car generally starts production prior to the currentBuildDate and is done the day of or day after currentBuildDate. At least that's what seems to be true for others.

My currentBuildDate is 10/6 and I started production on 10/1. So, I'm guessing it'll be done Monday since they're working Saturday's now.

I'm also wondering if some of the adjustments are related to some of the early cars we're hearing that have to be scrapped. Perhaps they're trying to fit some rebuilds into production now. That may also be a reason scheduling has been paused. I at least hope so, they shouldn't have to wait until after all the already scheduled cars are completed before they get their orders back on the schedule.

Relax if you didn't get bumped up any. I ordered 5/20 and still have a build date of 10/27. Let's just be grateful we have some dates.
Thank you. Good point. I'd love to be in your position and others even more so. :)

That would be awesome! I'd get my car before my current lease is over.
