To be honest I am still not sure exactly what I really have with that option. I heed to reread that section of the manual, and mess with it some more.

Does that "Active Anti-Theft System with Perimeter Alarm" do anything for the gas cap issue?

Yeah, thats the one that is hard to see, and I don't want to see it for real. :)

Page 26 Zombie of the PDF...this should fill you in.

Thanks, I don't see a good way to test or demo it for people, since the system can tell when windows are down for example.

In my '11 you could set off the alarm sitting in the car by reaching in an unlocking the door with windows down.

No, not that I can see. There appears to be no locking mech on the cap. I tested it with it locked, key fob, out of range, etc.

Got the tint today.

Partially cloudy, so the color was a bit variable. :)

Without pics, it never happened.
I'm thinking of getting mine done at the dealer. The price is a little higher but the guy they use is good and it'll be ready at pickup.

Edit - oh they're there now.

What are the lines on the rear quarter windows? I'm planning 35% all around.

I assume its the dot matrix on the borders of the glass, the tint wont stick so you tend to leave a slight reveal. No overly noticeable in real life.

As Tim stated, the glass borders. It kinda bugs me, but its not as noticeable as it shows right now, plus the tint looks better overtime. I guess it would be possible to scrape away the dots..

I might start on the badging tomorrow. Kinda stuck. I want to just paint the 5.0 badges gloss black, but they won't match the others if I go Plastidupe (which is more satin.)

hmmm.. :)

Looks good, Zombie. It's got me thinking......
I think the black tint looks good on Guard. Nice match with the wheels on the PP also.

A more gray look, like the Foundry wheels, would look awesome as well.
