Xmas party surprise

So I recently got my Mustang a few weeks ago but most of my family/relatives don't know. The Xmas gathering every year is at my house, but this year they'll be a sexy 2016 DIB Mustang in the driveway. Knowing my family, I'll be outside most of the day showing the car rather than inside eating lol. Anybody else experience a similar situation. Tell your stories. Happy holidays to all!!

I would hate having people getting in an out of my car. All the shoe marks. Some people just don't care about other people's cars.

A bunch of my brothers in laws tried that with me on thanksgiving. Can we all take a walk down and see your car. NO! It's locked up. Most of that gang I see on thanksgiving and Christmas. Why is my car the topic of discussion.

Mine happened last year. I was one of the 1st to get the 15, in October of last year. Every year lots of family and friends come over to our house for Halloween. It seems to be the favorite for trick or treating and we have a small gathering beforehand. My friends and relatives were all over it and since it was left outside, all the trick or treater dads were loving it as well. It was the attraction of the night!

Got mine just before t-giving of last year when they were still rare. I drove it to Laguna Beach to visit hubster's family, where he took several adults out for a spin, one at a time, with him as the passenger. The family is very laid back and they respect others' property; we would never have done that if we were hanging out with a bunch of immature boneheads.

it happens and happened to me some what at thanksgiving.

my dad took my uncle for a spin... i could hear my corsa xtremes a mile away.... lol

my dad is only person other than me that is allowed to drive it though so I had no worries.

I drove mine up on Easter for a family get together. Parked it out front and center. My uncles, cousin and grandfather were shortly out there looking and chatting about it. So, naturally, i had to come outside and fire her up so they could hear what the new Coyote sounds like with an aftermarket exhaust.

did like three or four test drives a few weeks after I got mine, big dinner party. Funny thing is I never even pushed it. Everyone was like DONT GO FAST WE KNOW

go to a doctors office, and get some of that exam table rolling paper, and cover up the seats and floor mats :lol:

Ha hell yeah. Love the surprise. My order took 3 months due to a recall, so most of my friends didn't think I'd get it by the time I'd come home for the holidays. Well, got it two days before I moved, and I didn't tell them. Once I got home I put in the garage and invited them over. They thought I had my 2003 Neon, so I told them my garage door was messed up. They stood outside it while I started it. Revved it and they went insane. I had the tint and exhaust on already, so it was sounding pretty good.
