The shop said they got the light to come back on and pulled the data logs. They sent the logs to roush to see what they say, but the shop is saying my clutch is slipping and it's getting stuck in gear now.

Just an observation from my pops 14 roush with upgrades. He puts same gas in every week from same station. If he visits me (3 hrs away) the wrench light comes on for a while after he puts gas in from down here.

I've only been filling up at top tier gas stations, but the first time it happened was right after I filled up at a chevron gas station. The second time was at like half tank with gas from a shell station. I thought it might have been the gas at first, but the light disappears after I shut it off and turn it back on. The car runs fine after that.

Ford says it's the clutch and it got stuck in gear when they had it right. Have you ever experienced any clutch issues?

Well it's not ford who did the install and is diagnosing it. The shop is stang hi in baton rouge, they're a performance shop down here. I also haven't had any clutch issues, but they're telling me to come by and they will show me the issues.

This is directly out off the Workshop manual what the "Wrench" Is tied to

Powertrain Malfunction (Wrench)
The IPC provides a powertrain malfunction (wrench) RTT to indicate transmission, Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) and BCM concerns.
The IPC receives all the required messages from the GWM over the HS-CAN3.
The GWM receives the body service required message from the BCM over the HS-CAN1.
The GWM receives the transmission service required, engine service required and AWD service required messages from the PCM over the HS-CAN1

Its been my experience that if there was a issue with the T Body the wrench comes on and the throttle becomes un responsive until you cycle the ignition.

OK, well I will say that the throttle never seemed unresponsive. It was definitely in a limp mode but it did accelerate fairly normal.

There is a great shop that will not dick you around and sell you things you don't need in Houma. Its called Bergeron Performance and they have extensive experience in supercharged mustang applications.

I've never heard of them, might have to bring the car to them.
Please have the right people deal with your car. To many bad shops out there screwing up peoples cars. Here is there number 985-879-7288 tell them Boost Works sent you over and Mitch will take care of you the right way.

^^No offense, but I bet that is your problem right there. That Stang Hi tuning shop would need the correct Roush software to download the new tune for the Phase 2 kit.
If it were me, I would have brought the car to a Roush certified dealership to have the Phase1 and Phase 2 install done. You may have blown your warranty with Ford. I may be wrong here, but you should ask @Kyle@ROUSH.
Good luck man! Let us know how you make out.

Pretty sure there is no warranty with the phase 2 anyway.
