A/C pressure switch's 5v reference was shorted to ground... if it was repeatable, it should have been found in no time. That same 5v reference goes to your alternator current sensor as well. Glad you got to the bottom of it!

Yep you're. Guy at Ford found the problem in less then an hour. If I never took it to Ford, the shop I took my car too... would probably still be looking for the problem smh. Plus side of things I got a new computer and all new wiring harness.
