Wobbly window but no visible cause?

So I noticed today while opening the door to film a video for insurance that my window is floppy. I'm not sure if it's a car fault or maybe a shop thing? The quarter panel was repainted but the door panel was not removed to my knowledge but could have been. I noticed it's got significant play in and out compared to my passenger door which has little play and I def can't fit my finger in between the outside trim and window like I can the driver's window, any ideas or causes or fixes? Goes up and down just fine but it does whistle while driving which makes me wonder if this looseness is the cause but I never noticed it before and I def should have it would have if it was this bad.

Could closing the door by the window have caused this? I normally close it by pushing the door and not the window but it's been pushed in the window a few times?
