Winjet smoked tail lights

I'm consdering smoked tails and WInjet seems to have the best price. However, a search here indicated some people have seen water in them. Is that a common issue with them? My Stang is a garage queen and doesn't go out in the rain that much so I don't know how much of a problem it will be. Any other issues with the Winjet tails? Also, is there another brand of smoked tails that are better (I want the original 2015 style not the 2018+ style)?
