2018+ Style Renegade Tail Lights(Winjet)

Ordered a pair of these with the 2018+ styling earlier this week. Was all set to put them in today, got the trunk stripped out and one tail light out, went to grab the tail light out of the box and I hear something rattling around inside. I checked the other tail light, nothing. Never even removed the plastic on the housing. Is this a common theme with this brand? If so, any harm in using them, or do I eat the shipping cost and send them back to CJPonyParts?

I wanted to buy Form Lighting tail lights, but they're sold out wherever I look, or marked up where in stock.

Actually just got a call from CJPonyParts. They checked to see if Form Lighting were in stock, but weren't. They're going to send me a new set that hopefully doesn't rattle. I just have to destroy the current set. Might be going to the range earlier than I thought.
