Found a weird thing on my car this morning...

I noticed that the passenger side wiper blade was not wiping near the top of the windshield, behind the rearview mirror. When I looked closely at it, I could see that the pin that the arm pivots on doesn't seem to be installed correctly. It doesn't pass all the way through the assembly, so it is sort of "floppy".

This also caused the parts to not be aligned properly, so when the tech lifted the wiper up at the dealership, it gouged the paint off of the lower part of the arm.

They say that they ordered a replacement "urgent rush", and that they hope to have it in tomorrow, but it is coming from Memphis so I am not holding my breath.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pictures...

Wow, well at least it's getting fixed and it's a rather easy fix on top of that. When it's day light, I'll have to give mine a once over!
