Window Sticker Missing

I hadn't pulled up my WS in awhile and when I tried this morning, the site just bumped me back to the enter VIN screen. Anyone else not able to pull theirs up? Yes, I have a copy of the original but I was wondering if anything had changed which I know, is pretty unlikely.

I just tried to retrieve your WS and it came right up. It was dated 11/12/2019.

I downloaded my weekly updated one (nothing changed as expected (11/16/19) last one was 11/09/19) They maybe uploading your new one now is why having issues.

Thanks Earl and Jeff and as it turns out, it was nothing more than a server hiccup. After multiple attempts, it finally appeared.

Was it updated with a new date than your last one?

Yep, it was Jaime...11/13 while the original was 10/11.

The only thing I found that had changed was the "Special Order" box. Here's the original and the update if anyone is schooled on these codes.

000146 - 146th vehicle invoiced on the given day
10 18 19 - Invoice Date


Here is mine for comparison...

Interpret the change between 10/11/19 and 11/13/19 as you will.

I sure wish one of the Forum programmers would change the "OP" slash to something like this so it doesn't block so much of the avatars. Maybe someone is listening...

Then again, that banner may be hard-coded into the Forum software and can't be changed without rewriting that code and that's not usually possible.
