I believe vegas has been doing that for awhile now, imagine winning a 300k car and having to pay the tax which is something like 30%.Well, they also throw in $50k for taxes. First time I've seen that.
Someone does win these raffles, there is one where a guy bought like 200 or what ever tickets, he sold one of them to another person at the event, guy he sold it to won! :tsk:
