I”m in the same boat.. been doing a lot of research and it looks like 295/35 is the widest we can go in the rear and then a 265/35 in front to get the proper rake. Seemed to be the perfect plan until I took into account the fender gap that may be noticeable because of the smaller diameter tires.

GT has 9.5" in the rear with 275/40 so front 9.5" of the Mach 1 will work fine with 275/35 R19 and the diameter error is -1.5% which is okay, it's just 5 mm lower tyre sidewall so pretty much negligable difference.

On the front 19x9.5 a 275/35 is pretty common, for the rear 19x10 a 285/35 or 295/35 would work also. Some people do will do a 305 which still fits fine but the tire will have a slight bulge to it.

For those diameters and widths, 255/40r19 F and 285/35r19 are perfect. That's what I run.

For all seasons I did 275/35 front and 285/35 rear but I wish I had 295 rear. Michelin pilot all season 4 doesn’t have that size.

Beautiful Mach !
I do notice that there is a larger gap in the rear for sure though

Another angle of 275/35 front and 285/35 rear. Doesn’t look bad but 295 in rear would look better. I wanted Michelin Pilot all season 4’s is the reason I couldn’t get bigger sizes.

from that angle it's not as bad. I was contemplating 295/35r19 27.1"diqameter in the rear and 255/40r19 27" diameter in the front. Do you think that's too much of a difference in width from front to rear? the rake would still be good

255/40 is also 27.1”. 275/40 was 27.7”

Does anyone make 285/40 for the rear? You could do 265/40 front. The missing sizes are maddening!
