"Wide" tires

Which brands tend to run wide for any given width? Also, does it depend upon the model?

Typically tires that run oversized have stiffer stidewalls and or as a r compound tire for instance.

Michelin
Toyo R888
Toyo RA1
Toyo TQ
Nitto NT01
Nitto NT05R
Nitto NT555R
Hoosier

You can see there is a resemblance on these most are R compounds.

In comparison if I may tires that sit slim

Nitto ( NT555, Invo, Motivo)
Toyo ( Proxes 4 Plus)

They will sit wider but you wont notice it.
