Why won't COTUS work for me?

LOL! That's the best way to describe their tracking system that I have ever heard! When you pay so much money for a car and with all of todays technology how can they not have a better system in place! Should have bought a Corvette. My wife's dad actually got to watch his go through the factory via web link!

I would also like to know what's going on with my car. Ordered 10/21/15 and was told would be delivered in time for Christmas. Got a VIN# almost 4 weeks ago and called for an update since I can not see it on Cotus. I called the dealership and they said Dec.27th then a week later said it disappeared. Called Ford and was told there is not ETA listed at all! So how can there be nothing?
