Oh, What a bugger. Sorry to hear and see this! You really haven't been lucky with this one. Hopefully Ford will be able to get their act together and repair it sharpish.

:eyebulge:Gutted for you mate, looks like a fair bit of surface damage to me and will need a load of parts to put right. You can bet your bottom dollar Ford UK won't have these in stock:frusty:

I had to wait 7 weeks for a rear bumper, last time
No we not allowed to have bliss etc

Ouch! That sucks! I've seen accidents like that happen before. Not sure it would've mattered if you were driving a Mustang or a Fiesta. That's just bad luck and timing.

Hopefully it's just cosmetic and you'll be good to go. Curious how hard it is to get parts over there in the UK. My GT was rearended last year. Shop had some issues getting parts. Granted this was maybe 6 months after the S550 was released.

In any case, good luck! Out of curiosity, do they offer the auto-braking/radar cruise control/BLIS package overseas? That may have helped you in this situation although if you were changing lanes into a lane with stopped traffic, it may not have mattered.
