Who Else Has A Prickly Puddle Light?

Who has this style of puddle horse? I call it the prickly horse. This is on my 2016 Roush Stage 3 Mustang.

light is probably going bad. Mine eventually were not even discernible as a horse at all. Replaced them about a year ago and they are still crisp lined as new. I think I bought mine out of LMR, worth it if you just have to have a pony emblem on the ground. If not I would just put some tape over it and call it a failed factory option.

Looks like the plastic the lens is made out if is starting to crack and break down causing the spiky bits. Looks kinda cool though

Do you think they came new like this or morphed into the prickly state?
I can’t remember what they looked like new.

There’s no way that’s intentional.

They were crisp when I got the car new..
I noticed all of a sudden, I didn’t see it flaking or getting worse.
It’s normally everyone else who notice the pony lights….
