Ok, so Kooks long tube with their "regular" high flow cats will still throw a CEL? If you install these http://www.bigdaddiesgarage.com/angled-cel-fix.html#O2 to this same Kookssystem, you get rid of the CEL? I was hoping that going with catted in general would eliminate any CEL issue. Apparently not :( The green cats cost like $400 more :(

If you get the "green" cats you will not get the CEL

They cost more but I was told by kooks they flow the same as the hi-flo cats so there is no loss of HP.

I know it's cheaper to get cheaters but I can honestly tell you the green cats work 100% of the time. Definitely worth it in my book.
