Whipple intercooler replacement torque specs

@JAJ my man, do you have, by chance, instructions on how to replace the intercooler? I cant find torque specs or anything. I want to swap to the whipple and to tackle it on my own since all the shops are bush around me.

Motorcraftservice.com is your best bet for that information - buy a 72 hour license, bung in the VIN and see what comes up. The last GT500 I had was a 2014, so what little data I have is rather out of date.

I did the Whipple IC brick and billet manifold along with the SPE thermostat a few months back. Below are screenshots of the torque specs for the IC lid, rails that hold the IC, and the cooling manifold.

I got it all done…..i think i have an air bubble because my iat is 79*F and my MCT is 105*
