I did the Whipple IC brick and billet manifold along with the SPE thermostat a few months back. Below are screenshots of the torque specs for the IC lid, rails that hold the IC, and the cooling manifold.
I stand corrected. Are they laser, EB, or TIG welded? The fillet radius looks like the finish from a end mill and not a weld bead. Granted the mount is powder coated, but they looked monolith to me.
