How can you tell if your pump is running without breaking open the system? When my car is cool i still have pressure at the cap, can you over fill the system? Will IAT on the gauge be an indication of aftercooler temp or is the before the supercharger?

I can use a jumper on my fuse box to run my IC on my 03 Cobra while it's sitting. Not sure how you would do it on the aftermarket kit. IAT is intake air temp, IAT2 is post IC temp.

You can see the pump is running by watching the clear filler tube with black cap. When it's running you can see coolant agitation showing flowing. However you could have partial blockage even with pump running if you have a crimped or bent line. Check all your intercooler hoses to make sure. The most common pinch point are near the pulley and at the inlet to the intercooler core. I found my upper line was partially bent, I'm sure impeding flow and maybe more so if it was under vacuum (water being pulled through it) instead of pushed through that line as it would collapse more. I'll post a pic later.

As far as the IAT it depends on what your looking at. The center dash display only shows intake air temp which is sampled from the MAF. So you wont get any good data there. One would have to install a standalone system to display AIT2 which would then display temps after the intercooler core and pre cooled by the front air to water exchanger.

I don't think mine is flowing, I don't see any sign of movement at the filler. The only line that could be a problem is from the pump to intercooler. It's on the short side.

The movement in the filler neck is more light agitated water movement than anything. Turn it off and look at the filler neck for reference then start the car and you should see a little movement in there.

When my car is shut down I don't see coolant at all in the filler neck. As soon as I start the car, and the IC pump kicks on, the coolant is then visible at the fill line on the neck. If you look while the car is off and see zero coolant, then start the car and you do see coolant.. then the IC pump is pumping.

And you're low on fluid...
