Whipple flare issues

So I'm trying to restore to the stock tune and it went to 100% then said to turn off module power. I have turned the car off but it hasn't gone away. What do I do?

Well after long enough it aborted and said pcm cannot restore. Any ideas?

Try it again. I had the same thing happen when trying to flash the whipple tune.
