Whipple Flare and battery issues

I am trying to change settings for tire size and I can't go forward because the battery voltage is under 12.6. I just put in a new battery and still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

It's fine as long as it's not under 12 volts.

Yep, you're fine even if a little below 12.6. I've written tunes around 11.8 but I do have an AGM battery.

If you're worried you can put the battery on a charger while you change things.

Pull head light fuses, drrl, etc if they are pullinv battery down while in flare.
Sometime best to just drive around for 30 min or go to Top notch or sonic n back and then get in to flare.

Also I was told to turn knock limiting off. Do I have to flash it to make that change?

Click on flare open up your tune then turn knock limiting off it will show up as on or off, that's it no need to re flash it's a live change.

the cars battery is too small but thats what ford chose for what ever reason
so its not surprising that the battery drops to 11v after a few starts
