Whipple Calibration and IAT2

So I had an aftermarket tune with my whipple stage 2 kit and I just changed the car back to the whipple calibration.
I have a iat2 sensor installed for the aftermarket tune. Now that I'm on the Whipple Calibration again the car is throwing a check engine light for iat2 voltage high. Clears and comes back on every startup. Anyone experience this? Any fix? And is this affecting the whipple calibration to use the sensor?

I would either remove the harness and reinstall the whipple IAT2 sensor and harness the way the Whipple cal was meant top run. Check with Whipple tech they will tell you.
