Hello guys,

I just scored a GT500 axle back and I have a shop lined up to do the work of fitting it. The last piece of the puzzle is the X pipe. I really really like the sound of the Lethal X pipe that Jayme has on his car in the videos on the site. There was also a good review of the J&M and it's like 1.2 the price. Will there be a very noticeable difference in sound between the two? I'd like to save the money if possible? Also, would love to hear advice regarding an X versus an H pipe? Any vids of the GT500s with H pipe would be great. Thanks in advance guys!

I just threw a J&M on my GT last week. I've been getting nothing but compliments, and lots of them. It sounds amazing, it's only $149, and the stainless quality and finish are very nice. I couldn't see paying $80-$100 more for an X pipe. I'm using the money I saved towards my intake fund. :D

I hear you on the price. At $200 for the GT500 mufflers and $150 for the X pipe, even if I spend another $300 on the install it will be a bargain compared to the price of a cat back!

Yep, and it's an X pipe, so it's basically going to sound the same as the others, the only difference is the J&M is higher quality stainless than the Ford Racing one which I originally planned to get. Other than that the dimensions and angles were the same, it used the same clamps, etc. I didn't see any reason not to save all that money and go with the J&M.

Uh, both Ford Racing and J&M use T-304 stainless...

Get the FRPP one. The new ones should come with better clamps than they used to have.

We've been selling our resonator delete X and H pipes since we developed them back in November of 2014.

Since then they've become very popular and have only received excellent feedback from all of our customers that run them. They're made of T409 stainless right here in Florida USA, fit perfect and come with OEM quality clamps.

If you have any questions or need assistance placing an order please let us know. Feel free to use coupon code: MUSTANG6G or hang on until our Labor Day Sale starts this Friday for even more savings.

^ you're not kidding haha

I actually won the drawing for the J&M x pipe - I'm told it will be loud with the Roush AB. We shall see. Either way, I had my sights set on the J&M for the price alone.
