I really want that immediate kick in the pants power when i smash that gas every once in a while. And from what I'm gathering, the centri really wont do that? I feel like my 2017 had alot of lag on the gas peddle. you can feel the weight of the car . I want a blower that will make the gas peddle feel like the further you press it down , you can feel there is a tonne of power there. or when I go WOT I want to get thrown in the seat. I've just had mixed opinions . I think from what I gather the TVS Is what I'm looking for . Do you guys think a centri would still deliver what I'm after ?

Ok a centrifugal supercharger is more likely to get better mileage. No jokes, no this or that depends. Most centrifugal supercharged s550 owners are getting around 20mpg

isn't this the same guy asking about the 435 whp stock?
Sure is. He starts all of these similar threads and then never seems to follow up on any of them.

I believe it. Just most centrifugal owners get around 20. If they manage to control there foot.
I think he may have run E85. I'm Probably 13mpg at best on E85 on my turbo setup.

I am 20.1 on my "average" ..... and 25-26 on highway only. (I drive 120 miles each way, every weekend to my lake get away... speed limit is 65 basically 90% of the drive)

Forced induction = more air.
More air requires more fuel to stay at the proper ratio.
If you want to drive in boost at all, forced induction = more fuel.

I usually average 26 - 27mpg in my 2.9 Whipple on the highway. Around town you can easily drive the car without getting into boost if you want.

Control of the foot and supercharger in the same sentence just seams wrong to me.:wink:
