You cannot get it directly from Ford so your only alternative is Cyanlabs. Contact them and see if they can offer you 19200.

Looking at the pics & video, with the various electrical lines coming out of the SYNC unit, and the other electrical doo-dads involved, that was very obvious from the start.

OP, you can't get a software upgrade and stream video to your SYNC3. Unless you're interested in spending serious cash, and hacking apart your head unit, forget about it.

I know that but I was just answering NoVaGT's question. Not my place to tell them what to do or not do. They can assess the risk and decide from there. Personally I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole.

You're right. Not worth upgrading to the latest SYNC 3.4 20136. Hate the new user interface, lame and faded screen color, and pea size song album art.

Don't know how to fall back to the version my 2019 came with. Hope newer update will be better.
