.....given the current circumstances, the dealer principal who gave that 3AW guy a Mustang should be drawn over the coals. Tom Elliot should not have been allowed to take delivery.

Ford Australia should never have let that happen - the publicity is all bad.

Holding yard so that FoA can release all mustangs on Christmas morning but you can't unwrap your car till the next working day but only if you have been good and told FoA how transparent and wonderfully the communication has been

Just got a call from my dealership. The software update is for FM stations and the change of frequencies. I won't even comment on that one !!!

Cars in Perth metro to be delivered to dealerships Friday.

Full normal PD to be done at the dealership (different to Ford's) which means delivery Tuesday or Christmas eve.

Greg, I had a new car dealership in Sydney for 23 years and as far as I'm concerned there is only one type of pre-delivery that you can carry out on a new car.

I'll sign a petition .... it was totally unacceptable, inappropriate and a slap in the face to those of us who gave Ford a $5,000 deposit 2 years ago to be early adopters.

Just got the call from Ford informing me my car would be sent out to the dealer this Friday. I repeated my request that plate brackets NOT be fitted. She took note and promised to call me back on the request. Not holding my breath.
