When I saw it, I couldn’t leave without it!

Hi guys!
Well, number K0707 is on the streets!
As a middle aged bachelor, I had acquired too many cars and all the expenses that went with them. I had been thinking of paring down for awhile.
When I drove down 70 Miles south of the city to a small town Ford dealership to help a friend pick out a newer economy car I saw 707 on the showroom floor. This was the first time I had seen a Bullitt in person since the prototype at the spring auto show.
For a week I couldn’t get it out of my head (so technically, I left without it), so I went back and traded all four of my cars (several not driven in months) for the Bullitt.
1999 Porsche Boxster
2010 Mercedes GLK
2013 Mercedes GLK
2013 Fiat 500
It was a bear getting all of this together and negotiating the trade-in deal.
But in the end, it was worth it!
I love, love, love this car!
And I finally only have one payment and one insurance bill.

Well, it didn’t take long for me to want pick up a one-paycheck work beater to save the new car from bad weather, bad traffic and too many miles. ;)

The juxtaposition between the two makes me appreciate the Mustang that much more! LOL!

LOL! I do have a problem, but in this case the process took a week between cars. ;)

I added a video of the car leaving the dealership... sorry if I’m acting too much like an excited kid, but it’s hard not to. ;)
I forgot how much I missed a big American V8, and the car is worlds roomier and more comfortable than I expected, yet still sporty.
I loved driving the old Boxster but I had to fold myself in half like a lawn chair just to get in it.
