Wheels & Tires Apparently Void Warranty Completely

So... the summer tires on 20" or PP models specifically say they're not to be used below 40 degrees... and you void your warranty if you put on new wheels or tires... so you void your warranty either way if you drive and it's colder than 40 degrees out... except the car comes with seat heaters, so that can't be true... my brain hurts.

That guy must have been the oil change dude--when I worked at a dealer the techs let the service desk folks give customers the good and bad news. In fact most techs don't want to talk to customers at all.

I told you man what he said was absurd lol, remember my reaction over the phone when you told me haha. I mean dont say it publicly it was rude as hell but I dont think that guy should be allowed to touch any car after that statement.
