Hey guys,

Brand new to Mustangs. Just got a 19 GT Premium AT
Looking to change out the wheels and tires.

Have tried searching but not finding the answer I am looking for?

*Right now the car has 255/40/19's all around.

I'm looking at a set of CCW LM20
https://ccwheel.com/wheels/ccw-lm20-three-piece-forged-wheels/

As far as tires recommended brands? Want traction but like I said a daily street car, and sizes.

I don't plan on lowering the car.
Power wise either a VMP Odin kit or Hellion sleeper TT kit. ( 600-700whp)

Are your wheel 20 x 10.5 front and rear?
And what is your offset?

So I found this link
https://support.apexraceparts.com/h...5483093-S550-Mustang-Wheel-Tire-Fitment-Guide

Front: 19x11” ET26 with 305/30-19
Rear: 19x11.5” ET56 with 325/30-19

Seems to be the tallest and widest set up ?
Do you enjoy curves and canyon carving or looking for more straight line traction? With this setup, you need a good amount of front and rear camber which would be good in the turns but not so great for straight line power, especially with a boosted car and double especially for a PD blower car.

If you aren't cost sensitive and depending on how many miles you put on the car, you could do a 19x10/19x11 staggered setup and daily the Nitto 555R2 in the back (you'll go through tires in the back quite a bit) or buy a 2nd rear pair of wheels for DRs on those sunny days you want more traction.

Edit: just saw you are in Phoenix so less of a rain consideration for daily driving.

Not really concerned with curves and handling. More of hwy pulls, and occasionally drag racing.
Yeah I think for track days I'd have a second set of wheels/tires with DR's maybe even just use the stock wheels with DR's

If you both of guys could share some photos of your wheel/tire set up
or send me a link on there to see them that would be great!

I like that beefy rear tire look, not 15" on slicks but a beefy street tire

Looks great! Did you have to use wheel spacers?
Stock suspension?
Hows it drive?
The suspension is stock except for lowering springs. No spacers used.

The race fitments described in that link are for a road racing/handling setup. For street use just go with something like 19x10 with 285/35 square +35 offset, or staggered with 19x11 rear 305/35 +50 offset. Or something similar with 20s.

Also, are the wheels you want available in 5x114.3 bolt pattern? Didn't see it in the description.

First thing I would say is for you to check and make sure that the LM20 is still being produced. CCW has removed a large number of wheel selections recently (we have learned this first hand). After you have that confirmed I would then jump into checking fitment and sizing you want. Since you are going for a power adder application getting a tire that will provide proper traction is going to be key to keeping the car happy.

We do a ton of wheels and we also do vehicle builds for clients S550s so we can help you out on checking on the CCW wheels as well as fitment and power adders if you like.
